This 2-hour informal workshop will introduce you to the traditional craft of handbuilding pottery.
Under the guidance of experienced potter Denise, you'll learn how to design, build and decorate your own personalised clay mug, using techniques used for the last 7,000 years. This will include the use of coloured clay slip and carving techniques to create your own unique ceramic piece.
No previous experience is necessary.
Not suitable for children. Over 16's only.
Location : Merville House, Merville Garden Village, Newtownabbey, BT37 9TH.

Time : 7pm to 9pm
Workshop Cost £40 per person. Includes refreshments, materials, bisque and glaze stoneware firing 🔥.
